Kali Tuna follows the procedures of the incorporated and implemented HACCP quality control system.

Our products and production processes are certified by FSSC 22000 and ISO22000:2018 guaranteeing the quality and food safety.

Our products are traceable and can be identified from the origin of the raw material to the final product by BCD (ICCAT Bluefin Tuna Catch Document) authorized under the ICCAT, an organization that preserves the Atlantic bluefin tuna.
